Vice-president not only had the opportunity to eliminate one more leach on society, he had an "reasonable cause" to shot and kill a lawyer -- yet failed to do so. Anyway, the attorney was lucky in that they were hunting with 28 gauge shot guns, which is about half the size of a 12 gauge round, and that he was shot about 30 yards out. Any closer would have been serious, if not fatal. Nevertheless, makes you think twice about gun safety, eh, Stonesand (hint, hint)? Lawyers are always “in season”.
